TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE
Orders over $75.00 will be shipped FREIGHT FREE, unless they contain products designated as truck-line delivery items or if your order is shipped outside of the U.S.A.
Our merchandise is guaranteed to be defect free (material and workmanship) up to one year from the purchase date. Purchased products that are defective, may be returned within 30 days, for a full refund; (requires prior authorization). See “Damage/Shortage Claims” below for more information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS, ORDERS & TERMS
All orders are placed by customer Service to ensure the best pricing and accurate order capture. Please Request a Quote for the items you are interested in, and a EDC3 representative will contact you within one (1) business day. EDC3 accepts: MasterCard®, American Express®, Visa®, and Discover®. Credit cards. Payment cards will be charged when orders are shipped. Wire transfers are also accepted for orders totaling over $800. Our Customer Service Representatives can provide you more information about wire transfers and assist you with this process.
Net 7, 15, or 30 day terms are available for EDC3 customers with pre-approved credit. If you are interested in applying for credit with EDC3, please contact us at 904-452-4042.
EDC3 charges a late payment fee of 1.5% for all accounts over 45 days and this charge accrues monthly.
In accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, EDC3’s venue jurisdiction is Duval County, Florida. EDC3 will not have any liability for any credit balance that the customer does use or request within (1) year of EDC3 issuing said credit. In these cases, EDC3 reserves the right to cancel the outstanding customer credit.
Sales tax applies to the state where merchandise is being delivered. EDC3 is registered to collect sales tax in the state of Florida or buyer may furnish a current resale certificate.
FACTORY DIRECT TERMS / SPECIAL ORDERS
Prices may change without notice due to freight terms, return restrictions or changing prices. Order(s) should be inspected and any damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns should be made within 30 days of receiving the order(s). Vendors’ restocking fees may apply on orders that are returned for reasons other than shipping errors or defective/damaged merchandise. Many factory-direct orders are NOT eligible to be returned. Custom/Special orders are NEVER eligible for return.
Orders that are placed by 1:00 p.m. eastern time Monday - Friday, will be shipped by the next business day to most locations, if in stock. EDC3 offers a variety of shipping methods to provide you with ease of convenience and the lowest shipping prices. The majority of our orders are shipped UPS or U.S.A Post Office. However, large or heavy orders are shipped using common carrier freight services or local truck delivery. Shipping Estimate: the shipping amount that we present to you in our quote is the most accurate estimate we can provide. In the event that the actual shipping cost exceeds 15% of the original shipping estimate, we will contact you for your approval before we process your order.
After the order has been placed and after it is shipped, all fees including shipping, surcharges, handling etc. will appear on your credit card or invoice.
All purchases of $75.00 or more, not shipped via local truck, will be free of shipping charges
Freight charges may be assessed for all orders under $500 - that are shipped via local truck delivery or common carrier (truck lines). A customer service representative will contact you to discuss your shipping choices before your order is finalized
Drop shipped orders, coming directly from the manufacturer may be subject to freight fees. in this instance, fees that are assessed will appear on your credit card or invoice. In addition, these orders may require a longer delivery time and coordination via our Customer Service Representative.

DROP SHIP & SPECIAL ORDER PRICING
Special orders and drop-shipment orders are subject to additional freight charges. Please inquire about pricing at the time of purchase, prices are subject to change without notice.
Items may be back ordered at your request if they are temporarily out-of-stock.
DAMAGE / SHORTAGE CLAIMS/RETURNS
For returns, call or email our EDC3’s Service Center in Jacksonville, FL to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) phone: 904-452-4042 / email [email protected] . The RMA# will expedite the return process and ensure that you receive your refund (or exchange) as soon as possible. At that time we will also give you instructions on shipping your return back to us or thee manufacturer.
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
A 20% restocking fee is applied for goods that are returned for reasons other than shipping errors or defects. The goods must not be defective or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Goods or products not manufactured by the seller are guaranteed and warranted by the original manufacturer. EDC3 excludes all other warranties implied or expressed.
You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this site and the internet in general. EDC3, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This site is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
